Alpha Omega

Experience our newly renovated winery while enjoying a flight of our boutique wine in the Tank Room, capped by a barrel sample of our Proprietary Red 2006 Bordaux style blend (set to be released in the Spring of 2009).

Cordon Bleu instructor, Chef Rodger Babel, will prepare savory mini-beef sliders, along with eggplant caviar on crostini, to round out your experience. During this event, Passport holders will pay only $1 for shipping on all orders of a case or more!

BEAULIEU VINEYARD

Please join us a Beaulieu Vineyard for an exciting tour through the famous Rutherford Bench Appellation. With its rich and historic presence in the Rutherford area, a stop at Beaulieu Vineyard is a must for true Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot lovers!

During Passport Weekend you will have the opportunity to sip and savor five different wines from the Rutherford Bench and sample our delectable cheese and chocolate, paired uniquely with each of these wines. Special discounting on wine and holiday merchandise will be available as well!

Piña Napa Valley

The Piñas are one of only a handful of eighth generation Napa Valley farming families. Their great-grandfather, Lafayette Stice, was one of the leading winemakers in the Napa Valley at the turn of the twentieth century. Piña Vineyard Management, in
Rutherford since 1957, is one of the Napa Valley's most respected vineyard management companies.

Come celebrate the Rutherford appellation and our family history in Rutherford. Join us for 100% Vineyard Designated Cabernet, barrel tasting Tapas and a 10% discount on all purchases.

Tres Sabores Winery

For the Passport Weekend, we will be tasting barrel samples of our Unique Red Blend, paired with tempting nachos.

HONIG VINEYARD & WINERY

Veer off the beaten path and join the Honig family at our eco-friendly winery for an unforgettable Passport Weekend experience. Meet our winemaker and learn about our solar-powered winery and sustainable farming practices while tasting barrel samples of our single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons.

Passport holders will receive a 15% discount on all wine purchases and merchandise for the holidays.

MARTIN ESTATE

Martin Estate encapsulates the classic tradition of its illustrious Rutherford heritage. If you enjoyed the early Rutherford Cabernets, before hi-tech intervention became prevalent, you will love to taste Martin Estate's current release.  Martin Estate's wines are 100% estate grown, produced and bottled at the 1887 Rutherford Chateau. As the property is not open to the public, we thank Rubicon Estate for being our hosts for the Rutherford Passport Weekend. 

Passport holders receive a 10% discount on Martin Estate wines purchased at Rubicon on Saturday and Sunday.

Peju Province Winery

Established in 1982, Peju is a family-owned boutique winery that produces organically and sustainably grown Estate wines. Visitors to Peju will enjoy our magnificent 50-foot tasting room tower, pristine gardens, art exhibits and a full-working kitchen that hosts a variety of events and classes.

Rutherford Passport holders will have an exclusive opportunity to barrel sample our Cabernet Sauvignon's while enjoying cooking demos fromt he Peju chef, and artisan food, art and gifts from local Napa Valley purveyors who are visiting Peju for a special Passport Weekend Marketplace. Peju also welcomes neighbor Slaughterhouse Cellars into our cellar.

Provenance Vineyards

Provenance focuses on Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as producing smaller amounts of Napa Valley Merlot and Rutherford Sauvignon Blanc. We also offer a limited production of vineyard-designated wines from some of Napa's most prestigious vineyards.

For the Rutherford Passport Barrel Tasting we will be pouring a 2007 Hewitt Vineyard Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon from the barrel, paired with savory crab and lobster Florentine tartlets.

Rubicon Estate

We invite you to experience the legacy of the historic Inglenook Chateau, where generations of famous Rutherford wines have been made. Francis and Eleanor Coppola's 1995 reunification of the Estate provided insipiration to create a Cabernet Sauvignon that would pay tribute to the wines of John Daniel, Jr, who successfully ran Inglenook Winery from 1934 to 1964, creating wines judged by critics to be among the best Cabernets ever produced.

Come and sample Rubicon Estate CASK Cabernet Sauvignon, a true testament to the distinct character of Rutherford. Rutherford neighbor Martin Estate will be joining us to pour their signature wines. Passport holders receive a 10% discount on wine purchases at Rubicon Estate.

Rutherford Hill Winery

Founded in 1972, Rutherford Hill is a pioneer in the development of California Merlot. The grape growers that founded Rutherford Hill carefully studied and capitalized on climate and soil conditions that resembled those of Bordeaux.  Today, Merlot remains the flagship wine of the company, with 75% of production dedicated to this varietal, one of the leading Merlot's of the Napa Valley.

Passport holders will have the opportunity to barrel sample the Reserve Merlot, along with current vintage and library selections, served with Vignon spiced almonds and artisan cheese.

Slaughterhouse Cellars

Peju Province is graciously hosting Slaughterhouse Cellars for the Rutherford Passport Weekend at their beautiful Rutherford property. Join Margo and David Slaby of Slaughterhouse Cellars, who will be pouring their 2005 Rutherford Cabernet, along with "sneek peeks" of both their 2006 and 2007 Rutherford Cabernets.

St. Supery Vineyards & Winery

St. Supery is a family-owned estate winery in the heart of Napa Valley, specializing in Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Élu & Virtú blends.
